Sarah Jessica Parker has announced the upcoming release of her brand new shoe line, in a recent Vogue issue, called SJP that will be exclusively available in Nordstrom. It seems as if she is a little more like Carrie Bradshaw than we thought with the same impeccable fashion sense.
She has teamed up with George Malkemus, the CEO at Manolo Blahnik, and plans to launch the line early next year. Her line will mostly consist of shoes, but will also feature some handbags with a little 70’s and 80’s style in mind and some colorful trench coats.
Her inspiration came from her years playing the iconic part of Carrie Bradshaw whose eclectic style shocked viewers while secretly making them yearn for her closet.
As of now, shoes are estimated to run from $200 to $300 and bags will sell for under $700. Everything will be produced in Europe and New York City; what better places for the Sarah Jessica Parker to create her own line?
I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait to see this line and pick up my own SJP pieces and start my own Carrie Bradshaw closet!
